Many are now travelling to Perth and flying directly to our southern-most
region for their functions because its unspoilt natural beauty and world-class
food and wine provide an experience like no other.
Luxury retreats in the area provide all the facilities and food services

The area is home to some of the state s most lovely beaches and national
parks and as the site of the first European settlement in WA, it s full of old
buildings and farms that tell the story of WA s colonial past.
The south coast generally also experiences milder weather than Perth and

middle of summer.
Whale watching is a big drawcard for tourists to the area, and a day on
the water would also make an interesting alternative for social and corporate
functions. The whale season is from June to October so be sure to factor this
