THE EVENT: Weddings, product launches,
corporate functions, special occasions,
cooking classes and wine appreciation
sessions are all well suited to this venue.
THE LOCATION: With arguably the best
spot in Perth, Fraser's and Kings Park
Function Centre boast magnificent city
and river views from the top of Kings Park.
THE FACILITIES: Kings Park Function
Centre can be hired in its entirety, or as two
separate rooms. The observation deck with
marquee is a fabulous spot for a function,
as is the private dining room. Fraser's
Restaurant can also be hired.
THE NUMBERS: The entire function centre
holds 200 guests for a banquet, 300 for a
theatre-style set up and 400 cocktail-style.
Separated into two rooms, the first function
room holds 80 for banquets, 70 theatre-
style and 150 cocktail-style (includes
outdoor area). The second room holds up
to 130 for banquets, 150 theatre-style and
200 cocktail-style. The restaurant seats 120
banquet-style and 200 guests for a cocktail
function. The private dining room seats 32
guests banquet-style, 30 theatre-style and

THE BEVERAGES: A range of beverage
packages is available featuring well-chosen
selections of West Australian, eastern
states and New Zealand wines.
THE COMPANY: Fraser's opened over 15
years ago and still has the same executive
chef and general manager, Chris Taylor.
Chris focuses on local produce and uses his
well-honed cooking skills to bring the best
out of the ingredients. Function chef Joe
Ditri has been with the company since his
apprenticeship and is dedicated
to creating the highest quality cuisine.

dinners, day seminars and boardroom meetings,
the room comes fully equipped with state-of-
the-art audiovisual equipment, including a data
projector, drop-down screen and VCR.
The observation deck and marquee are in the
ideal spot to take in the view with the silk-lined,
purpose-built structure permanent throughout
the warmer months of October until May.
Large functions are well catered for, holding 420
seated guests and up to 600 at a cocktail-style function.
The menus include seasonal fresh produce
carefully designed and presented by the chefs.
Delicious items such as western rock lobster,
Atlantic salmon caviar and Broome mother-of-
pearl meat are included.
Networking opportunities are maximised with
the excellent range of cocktail food available, even
on the breakfast menu.
