evokes serenity, which is rather fitting
considering Heathcote was originally
a hospital for the mentally ill.

transformed into a fabulous place to bring family
and friends for great food and views, and is now
known as Bluewater Bar & Grill.
The heritage-listed building is mere metres
away from the Swan foreshore.
Its superb vantage point boasts truly spectacular,
uninterrupted views of the Perth city skyline, Swan
River and the South of Perth Yacht Club, bringing

It is a perfect riverside venue for weddings,
corporate and special events, or simply for a great
night out with friends.
The restaurant has kept its historic charm with
wooden floorboards and an open fireplace, but the
modern decor gives the place a contemporary feel.
Functions can also be held in three other
locations -- the function centre, private wine room
or new private dining room.
Bluewater s function room overlooks the Swan
River and South Perth Yacht Club, while the
private wine room is situated between the main
function room and restaurant/bar area.
You can work with functions chef Scott
Richardson to come up with a menu that best suits
your occasion, from cocktail to set dinner menus.
The new private dining room is at the west end
of the Heathcote building, which overlooks the
beautiful Swan River.
The room is flooded with natural light and
seats 16 people comfortably, or 40 standing.
A terrace adjoins the room offering the perfect
location for pre-dinner drinks.
The team at Bluewater will use its extensive
knowledge of hospitality to make your occasion,
