of your function, you can book individual
tables or hire the entire restaurant on
application. The private dining area in the
northwest corner of the building is also
available for smaller groups.

seats a maximum of 24. The restaurant
holds 170 guests seated or standing.

conjunction with sister venue Fraser's head

THE COMPANY: Named after the
original Indiana Tea House built in 1910,
this spectacular building has become
synonymous with Cottesloe Beach
and is recognised both interstate and
internationally. As well as smaller functions,
the venue can be hired exclusively for large
events. Indiana will undergo refurbishments
in spring 2009 to incorporate new decor
