PLACE Just a short ferry ride from Perth,
Rottnest Island is home to many function and
accommodation facilites, including the Rottnest
Island Country Club and Conference Centre,
the Peacock Inn and the Picture Hall.
NUMBERS The Country Club and Conference
Centre can cater for up to 100 people, the
Peacock Inn can hold 25 to 40 and the Picture
Hall caters for 50 to 250 guests.
FOOD With three restaurants on the island,
you’re sure to enjoy fine, fresh produce.
DRINK The island’s four licensed venues offer
Sandalford and Madfish wines, as well as
premium local and international beers.

organisations to have made the island their
conference and meeting venue of choice.
The Rottnest Island Authority manages
three facilities on the island. Newly renovated,
the Rottnest Island Country Club and
Conference Centre is situated in a nine-hole
golf course. With a large meeting room,
downstairs breakout space, state-of-the-art
conference equipment and alfresco area, it is
perfect for both seminars and cocktail events.
Great for small workshops or meetings, the
Peacock Inn at Kingston Barracks has a TV,
video, whiteboard and undercover verandah.
Just a short pedal away, the Picture Hall
at Thomson Bay Settlement is ideal for
larger groups. It is equipped with a lectern,
microphone, projector, whiteboard and
cinema sound system. A small PA system is
also available on request.
Rottnest Island Authority can design
function and conference packages to suit
specific requirements and budgets. These
can include return ferry travel, venue hire
(including equipment) and accommodation,
leaving hosts and guests to enjoy the event.
