Wallis Catering’s main focus is on

hospitality industry at the young age of 13,
owner/operator Brad Wallis fostered his fervour
for food and service, opening his catering
business when he was just 22 years old.
As a passionate chef, Brad acknowledges
the key ingredient in his business is, obviously,
food. From eloquent finger food for a cocktail
function, to a sumptuous three-course fine dining
experience, there are no limits to what Brad can
do with cuisine. Regardless of what the client
needs, it is always fresh and made with local
produce where possible.
Providing fabulous fare, Wallis Catering
is dedicated to keeping the planning process
simple and stress free. It is for this reason Brad
is proud to offer a complete package including
beverages, bar and wait staff, and anything else
the customer may need.
For absolute event planning, Brad and his team
of professionals work closely with their clients
to put together inclusive function packages with
items such as a marquee, dance floor, music,
beverages and cars. In doing so, they ensure the
client only has to deal with one point of contact,
leaving Wallis Catering to do all the hard work.
No function is too large or small, from
a simple yet elegant backyard party for 30, to
weddings or corporate events for 500. Brad
and his team pride themselves on creating such
memorable celebrations without pretentiousness,
and without blowing your budget.
Service | Wallis Catering can create a menu to
suit your style of event, from the smallest to the
largest. They can also arrange every other item
you may need for a successful function, with
two permanent venues to complete the package
(Hartfield Country Club in the Perth foothills
and Seaview Golf Club in Cottesloe).
Numbers | The company caters for small groups
of 30 to larger groups of 500.
Food | The team serves delicious, highly
presented food at all times. All their menus
are suggestions only, because Wallis Catering
works closely with each client to tailor the
perfect bill of fare. They also offer a menu
tasting, to ensure their customers receive
exactly what they’re after.
Drink | Beverage packages are tailored to meet
